ian Walsh sought a motion to nominate Moe Mitchell as Secretary in absentia. Member Hurley made the motion and Member Innes seconded. Member Mitchell had previously made known to the Moderator his willingness to accept the nomination and the Committee voted unanimously to select Moe Mitchell as Secretary for the upcoming year.
